Description
The Chuck Steak is typically cut thick and made as a roast. However, because this is A5 Wagyu, it is delicious cut and prepared as a traditional steak. Very similar to the Chuck-Eye, it comes from the same muscles, but further front in the cow. Though it is slightly less tender as an A5 chuck eye, it is just as flavorful and more impressively marbled. This cut is an excellent option for those seeking the A5 Wagyu experience with a less exorbitant price tag.
