Sir Harry is a really unique farm that produces some of the best Australian Wagyu NY Strips I’ve had. They hit on every key aspect. Flavor is amazing, marbling is beautiful, tenderness is on point. I have no complaints at all.

The secret behind Sir Harry Australian Wagyu is that it’s “Citrus Fed.” No, it doesn’t sit and eat pealed oranges all day. And no it doesn’t mean that the steak tastes like lemons.

Here’s what it DOES mean: 
- The cows are fed orange citrus pulp in their feed
- The citrus helps to naturally tenderize the steak itself
- The overall flavor is incredible. SOME say the steaks have a very faint “orangey” flavor, but I would argue that it’s more of a subtle perfume, rather than a flavor.
- The feed increases the antioxidants and E-Vitamins in the cows, making for healthier, happier cattle

Simply put, this steak is sensational. It blows away the NY Strips at the majority of other Australian Farms I have tried. I became obsessed with it the first time I tried it, and I fully expect you will be too. It’s really that good.
