This is the first steak we are offering from Senku Farms in Australian. An Australian Wagyu NY Strip, BMS 6-7.

This steak was unlike any that I had ever experienced before. It’s definitely not as rich as A5 Wagyu, or frankly, other Australian farms. That’s not to say it isn’t well marbled. The fat is just so much lighter and less greasy, while still being one of the best tasting and juiciest steaks I’ve tried all year.

Though not citrus fed, this NY Strip steak has a unique flavor profile that has subtle hints of citrus. I would not recommend buying just one, because after trying it your going to regret not getting more.
