This USDA Prime Picanha is similar to the NY strip steak ordered at steakhouses. The Picanha is renowned in Brazil for its delicious fat cap that pairs nicely with the beefiness of the steak. It is one of the easiest, most versatile steaks to cook and amazing on the grill. Even though it’s not very marbled, it is still incredibly juicy.  This steak is the most affordable steak we currently offer without sacrificing flavor.
