This is the equivalent of steak candy. The first time I tried Australian Wagyu skirt steak, it changed my entire perception of what skirt steak could be.

I’m usually not the biggest skirt steak fan, but this one is so flavorful and buttery that I could eat it every single day. There’s almost a sweetness to it that makes it incredibly addicting.

It’s also one of the most versatile cuts we offer. You can make it in the pan, or on the grill and the results will still be great. Perfect for a casual (best ever) steak and eggs, or a fancy dinner for the family.
